We were referred to Dean McGee Eye Institute and they drew more blood to test for developmental delays.
This afternoon the doctor came back in to say all the lab work came back normal, perfect.
Our appointment with the ophthalmologist has been cancelled. She's not delayed.
They didn't think it would be possible for paper work to be done until Tuesday for home health care.
It was done at 5pm Monday.
I have learned how to administer the feeding tube and run the feeding tube equipment. She'll need formula in her pump every 2 hours for 20 hours a day. Home Health Care will come to weigh her twice a week and change out her tubes.
We have follow ups with Dr. Steele for biopsy results, Dr. El Amm for pathology results for her cyst (cancerous or benign), and Dr. Kuhls to discuss preventative for delays and schedule Sooner Start visits to the house for Ali to help her grow and get strong. She's on 2 medications as well.
Our bunny is sound asleep in her crib. She's amazing, so strong and patient.
Thank you for being with us, for your prayers, meals, phone calls...for everything. We're more than grateful.
Home sweet home.
